Dismantle the code of silence.
Hazing, harassment, intimidation, and bullying persist when people do not recognize what they are seeing—or do not feel equipped to interrupt it.
Mike's interactive workshop helps students, coaches, parents, and school leaders distinguish tradition from harm, understand the role each person plays, and build the confidence to speak up.
This is not a presentation designed simply to check a box. It is an honest, practical conversation built to change what people recognize, what they accept, and what they do next.
